Innovation Awards TIECON 2018

We were awarded best Innovative Team in Professional category at TIECON 2018, Honourable Finance Minister of Punjab, Mr Manpeet Singh Badal has awarded us the cash award and memento for the same. This award is a result of professionalism, innovation and integrity toward our research programs. Our team was highly motivated by achieving the success on such a big platform. We really appreciate and thanks to TIECON Chandigarh to organize such events, which gives us motivation and increase our enthusiasm to innovate for the betterment of society.

The Indus Entrepreneurs, TiE was founded in 1992 by a group of entrepreneurs to promote entrepreneurship and to grow economy of the country by serving as a not-for-profit organization. Now TiE is serving globally and is a renown organization to support Startups, SMB’s as well as large corporations. TiE has organized the contest for the coders and IT professionals to come up with their innovative ideas, projects and products.

The contest was organized in two categories – one is the student and 2nd is for professionals, in student category – the students of schools, colleges and universities can participate and the professional category was open for companies, professionals and for freelancers. We participated in the professional category and demonstrated our image recognition product range and applications, which address the real-life issues with pocket-friendly hardware and software. We present the product and discuss the applications and also discussed the cost in the contest. TiE entrepreneurs not only appreciate the product and we also won the best team award by beating several IT companies and professional competence.

Our teams are continuously working on new and old projects to make them more usable, energy-efficient and cost-effective. We are closely working with DRDO Labs, CSIO and UT administration to understand the requirements and develop solutions accordingly. The Bullet Velocity measurement, Shadowgraphy, Energy monitoring and vehicle speed, type and number detection systems are some of our products, which is a result of the in-depth research and development.

• Skills to gain | 2020:The top most jobs will required technical skills after 2020, be a technology specialist or become a financial advisor to get hire, or you should be rich enough to hire such stuff.

• New Business Fuel:Data is a new fuel for service as well as manufacturing sector, and this will be addressed by the coders, business analysts and intelligent bots.

• Inspiration for stepin:Follow – Tesla, Apple and Google, these are the companies to follow, we get inspired by just thingking of their inventions and integrity to their engineering.
